Frequently Asked Question

For the alarm receivers to be saved the app needs to be in edit mode. Below you find a description how to enter your alarm receivers the page Settings/Alarm receivers.

If you use Android:

1. Click on the menu icon i the upper righthand corner (three dots) and then on Edit. If the menu is absent but there is a white tick symbol instead you can start writing.
2. Enter the alarm receivers you want
3. Click on the white tick symbol

If you use Iphone/iOS:

1. Click on Edit in the upper lefthand corner
2. Enter the alarm receivers you want
3. Click on Save

Note: If the alarm profile is incorrect nothing in the app will work. If your problem persist check the alarm profile for errors.
